6.4/10

I had a decent stay at the Hilton Fort Collins. The location was super convenient for my visits to Colorado State, and I appreciated the overall cleanliness of the hotel. However, the pillows were seriously a letdown, making it tough for me to sleep well. Plus, I wasn't too happy about the surprise parking fees and additional charges for things like a microwave. I'll probably consider other options next time, but it wasn’t a total bust.

Rooms

The room was generally clean and spacious, but I found some plastic items from the previous guest under the coffee table. The pillows were uncomfortable, which affected my sleep quality.

The front desk staff were helpful, and I appreciated their attentiveness when I had questions. However, I didn’t receive a follow-up after providing feedback, which was a bit disappointing.

Facilities were okay, but I felt like I was nickeled and dimed for extras like parking and microwaves. Plus, there were some issues with accessibility due to ongoing maintenance.

7.2/10

I had a pleasant stay at the Hilton Fort Collins, enjoying its cleanliness and spacious rooms. However, my experience was somewhat marred by the lack of a mini fridge and the low water temperature in the bathroom. Overall, the hotel offers a great base for exploring the area, particularly for events at Colorado State University.

5.0/10

I had a nice stay at Hilton Fort Collins, with comfortable rooms and a great location near CSU. However, I was disappointed with the housekeeping service being by request only, which felt like a letdown for a hotel stay. The staff were friendly and willing to help, but I did notice some operational kinks that affected the overall experience.

Rooms
8.0
I found my room spacious and comfortable, with beautiful decor and great bedding. The only downside was that it didn’t have a fridge or microwave. I was also facing some HVAC equipment, which sometimes made the room feel warmer than I'd like.
Service
6.0
The staff were generally efficient and friendly, especially during check-out. However, I encountered a rough start at front desk with my reservation, which could have been handled better. Still, they tried to resolve the situation.

The location was perfect for visiting Colorado State University, making it easy for me to attend my daughter's college orientation. Being right across the street added to the convenience of my trip.
Dining

I appreciated the dining options, especially in the executive lounge - even though it was closed during my stay, I heard good things about the food there. Room service had mixed feedback regarding quality and freshness.
Facilities

Facilities like room service and meeting rooms were handy, though I did face a few hiccups with the elevators during my stay. The ambiance in public areas was pleasant, which added to the experience.

5.0/10

I recently stayed at the Hilton Fort Collins and overall, it was a mixed experience. The hotel is newly renovated and has an impressive lobby and comfortable accommodations, which I appreciated. However, I faced several inconveniences, such as the lack of a mini-fridge in my room and issues with the elevators that made moving my luggage more difficult than it should have been.

Rooms
7.0
My room was spacious and nicely decorated, but unfortunately, it lacked a mini-fridge, which I find quite essential. Additionally, while it was comfortable, the bathroom lighting was inadequate with a burned-out lightbulb. I expected better for the rate I paid.
Service
7.0
The staff was generally friendly and helpful, which added a nice touch to my stay. However, I did encounter one clerk who was somewhat snippy when I inquired about the internet password, which dampened the positive experience I had with the other staff members.
Location
9.0
The Hilton is ideally located near Colorado State University and close to downtown Fort Collins, making it easy to explore the area. This was definitely a highlight of my trip, as it allowed me to enjoy local attractions without much hassle.
Dining
6.0
While I enjoyed the breakfast, I found the dining options a bit overpriced and the restaurant could use some variety in the menu. My experience with room service was also disappointing, as I ordered a sandwich that didn’t meet my expectations in terms of quality.
Facilities
5.0
I encountered some issues with broken elevators and a malfunctioning revolving door, which I found to be quite frustrating, especially when handling luggage. Additionally, the hotel charged for parking, which seems excessive given the room rates.

6.2/10

I had a decent stay at Hilton Fort Collins. The hotel is clean and modern with comfortable beds, but I was disappointed by the extra charges for parking and a lack of free breakfast. The friendly staff made a positive impression, but the inefficient elevators and hot room made my experience less enjoyable overall.

Rooms
6.0
My room was spacious and clean, though it tended to get quite warm during sunny days. I appreciated the comfortable beds, but I was surprised to find no refrigerator or microwave in the room.
Service
7.0
The staff was friendly and attentive, quickly addressing my needs. However, I did experience some communication issues during check-in, which could have been smoother.
Location
8.0
The hotel is conveniently located near Colorado State University and various dining options. This made exploring the area quite easy, although parking fees felt unnecessary.
Dining
7.0
I enjoyed the meals at the hotel restaurant, especially breakfast which had quality options. However, I wish there was a complimentary breakfast included in the stay.
Facilities
5.0
While the business center was helpful and there was a large parking lot, the parking fees were a downside. Also, with only two elevators, waiting became inconvenient during peak times.
